September 2022. <strong>Durch den Alpenlahner auf den Dobratsch<\/strong>. Der AV Weg 295 ist durchgehend markiert, zuerst durch dichten Fichtenwald zum Brunnen, nach der Querung des Forstweges steiler Aufstieg bis zum ersten unteren Lahner (1. Rastbank). Danach erfolgt oberhalb der Waldgrenze steiniges Gel\u00e4nde (2. Rastbank). Der Steig wird anspruchsvoller und erfordert sauberes und konzentriertes Gehen. Nach Erreichen des Kummerkreuzes folgt <!--more-->der letzte Aufschwung zum Lahnerkreuz und zum breiten Weg Richtung Knappenkreuz am Gipfel des Dobratsch. GL\u00dcCK AUF!<br \/>\nDer Weg durch den Alpenlahner ist einer der sch\u00f6nsten auf den Dobratsch, der Weg ist nicht ausgesetzt und ohne Kletterstellen. Voraussetzung ist Bergerfahrung, Trittsicherheit und ein fr\u00fchzeitiger Aufbruch. F\u00fcr den Abstieg w\u00e4hle ich den Mittelweg \u00fcber den 10er und als Ziel die Aichingerh\u00fctte. Daten: ca. 1300 HM Aufstieg,\u00a0 (Abstieg ca. 510 Meter), Wegstrecke ca. 10 KM, Zeitaufwand ca. 3,5 Stunden ohne Pausen.
